These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or book detailing services with The Rodeo Lane, an automotive detailing studio in Varanasi, India. By using the website or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

The website is provided for information and enquiries. Using it does not by itself create a booking or a contract for service — work is agreed when we confirm it with you directly.

The Rodeo Lane provides high-end automotive detailing, including studio washes, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic, graphene, and nano coatings, and doorstep detailing at your location in and around Varanasi.

The website describes our services generally. What we can offer for your vehicle, and on what timeline, is confirmed when you enquire or visit.

Any price, estimate, or indication we give through the enquiry form, on a call, or in conversation is an estimate based on the details you share with us.

The final price is confirmed at the studio before work begins. It can vary with your vehicle's make, model, size, and condition, the service you choose, and what inspection reveals once the vehicle is in the laboratory. If the confirmed price differs from an earlier estimate, we will tell you before proceeding.

Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once we agree on a date and time with you. Please arrive — or have your vehicle ready — on time; delays can affect the day's schedule and other customers.

For doorstep detailing, you are responsible for providing a safe, workable space with the access we agree in advance.

Payment terms, including any advance needed to reserve materials or studio time (for example for PPF or coatings), will be confirmed with you before work begins. We do not take payments through the website itself.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, tell us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.

We may occasionally need to reschedule work for operational, safety, or weather reasons — particularly doorstep appointments. When that happens, we will tell you promptly and agree on a new slot.

We take professional care of every vehicle in our custody, and our processes are designed to protect your vehicle's finish. To keep that promise, we need honest information:

Detailing outcomes depend on the age, condition, and history of your vehicle's surfaces. Paint correction, films, and coatings have material limits and cannot make worn or previously repaired surfaces new.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The content of this website — including text, photography, and our name and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Rodeo Lane. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, reuse, or distribute it commercially without our written permission.

The website links to our profiles on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Those platforms are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
